I relocated my harnesses many moons ago, but I've still had a few very slight rubbing issues. My wheels were starting to wear through the sheathing so I went ahead and made up some guards out of sheet metal yesterday before things got worse. Might not look like it but these things are stout, double-lapped the metal and bolted/zip-tied them in place.
